how about a slogan for each dj and a position etc:
Name: Bill
Position: Radio Manager
Slogan: Alls Well Ends Well
Only shows When The Dj is Online

The dj profile idea is good :) because you could have it so u click the online DJ's name. Ill just give ya a +rep
