He didn't die, he was fired. He got keylogged and they can't take the chance of that happening again.
He got fired/left so the staff gave him a storyline instead of saying: He left.

Trouble was electrocuted by a Black Dragon, to save the hotel from total annihilation. :) Dont worry, Trouble isnt deceased, and even if he was i doubt we'd be told anyway..
