After you hear so much about staying safe and never meeting up with people you only know from chat rooms people just go and do it.

It's because teenage girls are very vunerable, and when they notice that someone likes them, they jump at the chance, but they don't think of the dangers, they don't think it could happen to them, so in conclusion, they end up meeting this horrible old man, and the girl loses all her innocence and he ruins her life.
