Alot of them do in my opinion, and give out Warnings/Infractions for the smallest things

The people who voted 100% are just mad because they got an infraction from a Mod, so they think that the mod who gave them the infraction is corrupt. :/

I'd say less than 10% abuse their powers.

I think they don't abuse their power:).

they are very mean, i have got 13 infractions for rubbish reasons

I love staff, I look up to them.

I guess the 11 people who voted less than 10% are actually staff..
