PayPal is the biggest form of internet payment and therfore not using it would deprive many people of not being able to pay - thus no income for Mr.Oli.

Because the charges are horrific.

Although, using HabboxForum as an example - they offer different ways of paying, through PayPal and SMS - although SMS would be an expensive way of doing things.
