Alot of sentances are half of what the final year / day count is, with good behaviour. 25 years is the maximum for theft, not what you'll get. Your sister would get 1-5 years, probably the better her record the more lenient they will be. It's likely if she does get prosecuted and found guilty she'll get community service for abot 200 hours...
but the case WILL be thrown out, they need substantial evidence which they don't have?
Without evidence, they cant even keep her for a week.
LOL 25 years for a pitty 700 buck steal with no evidence, what are you on? dude the max that she'll get is 6months-1 year. Even grand theft auto isn't 25 years.
well if she didnt steal it then she wont go to jail.
If she did steal it and they have it on tape I still dont think it will be then 25 years
