in the uk, if you make something, then it's yours... then it's automatically copyrighted. i won't go into detail.

So therefore if you sell it, you're selling the copyright with it. It's like me selling a car and then telling the person who bought it that they can't sell it because I was the first owner. Or like a car manufacturer selling their cars to a car dealership and telling them they can't sell them because they made them.

I'm sick of people thinking that because they make something they will always own it.

again, that's completely different.

if you sell a car, then you're selling it with re-sell rights obviously.

but i never sold this with re-sell rights, therefore it cannot be re-sold.

But where are the legal documents saying you own the re-sell rights?

Exactly, there are none because you never got any made legally. Because it's not worth it for a Habbo layout.
