It's a entire waste of Habbo moderators time asking them rediculous questions like that.
It's called the "Call For Help" in emergencies, do you really need help in a emergency, is someone breaking the habbo way or doing something they shouldn't do no.
Theres the help tool for questions like that, and I thought you'd have the sense not to believe nonsense like that. If you read Becs article on Habbo.com she made early December from May 1st you'd get a 2 hour ban for asking things like that, and so correctly you should.
