I agree this would be something that should be tried however I doubt it'll happen. There's just too many selfish people in the World.

they are not dumb, because some villages in africa are getting things maybe not all of them but some. Every little helps, okay if the whole world donated a pound problem solved but not everyone could afford a pound. £1 can give education to a kid in africa for 1 year, thats helping as then the kid can pass on his education to other kids and a cycle starts

maybe not in that way , but they cant make poverty history in general

yer there will always be poverty. i guess if everyone had atleast 1million punds then those with 1 billion would say the ones with 1 million are poor.
