Some people are bothered, only if they wanna get into your pants, but if a girl really cared about the guy then it wouldn't bother her.

Everyone knows Lance Armstrong has one ball and he went out with Sheryl Crow. I dont think its really that big of a deal to them, it isnt really much of a thing to begin with.

no they shud not be bothered at all. no girl has ever felt my nuts or gone near em an i done loads wi girls. you can have a fake one put in two if it bothers you that much. just ask ya docotr
i wouldn't have a problem with it. but some girls would for some sort of reason. but if he found someone who really cared they shouldn't mind it.
Dont think a problem would occure as like some orgrans, the nuts are doubled because just incase somthing happens to one the other can kind of replace it like the lungs or somthing? Not too good with science but I think I got a point..
