That game is Kick ***! I didnt get far but my sister did. I remeber this cheat or sommat where it hid the mouse and you clicked somewhere, and i fyou clicked on the last level you want on it and stuff.
Theme hospital!! Wow the memories are flooding back. Me and Garion used to have competitons to see who could make the better hospital and get farther than eachother. Legend of a game!
I remember these funny announcements rofl:

"Watch out , the hospital administrator is cheating!" when you did a cheat
