The solution is simple my fellow friend, walk about daydreaming; honestly - think about everything in your life and stuff :)
Get yourself an ipod. Then sing and dance all night long. Also, I would speak to everyone; buy a video ipod :o and watch all programs while your walking listen to music and have great fun.
