Well obviously it depends on your own age... I mean I'm 17 now so I shouldn't be getting head off 14 year olds, but a couple of years ago that wouldn't have been an issue.

ermmm i guess coz i think people's bodies are ready when theyre 14 or so... just not finanicially if theres a little accident

at the end of the day it's your decision. i don't think it's right for laws to be telling you when you're ready to have sex.

I don't know really. I would guess that i would be okay for them to do it, as long as they were both sensible about it, and were both ready, so one/both weren't pressured into doing it, either by the other person or by the feel to do it because everyone else is.

But, i think if they are really young, obviously they shouldn't doing it, but if they are about 14/15, i would think it would be okay, if i like said above, they were ready & sensible.

I think it should be the persons decision when they turn 15. 15 seems to be an age when people are really maturing and can take responsibility for their actions. I personally don't have sex but I don't mind if others do, it's their bodies.
