I like it but it can be improved.

i think u should add more detail to the house as the tree looks
to much real to the house.

and the swing is for little kids and they woulldnt be able to reach it. aka lower it 7/10

Reasons...
The tree house isnt very good... (shading,detail)
and the tree isntvery habboish
and i dont like the grass
i like the swing though
5/10 for effort !! :D

It's gurrd =D But i think you should spend another half hour or so doing some extrra stuff to it.
