Yeah, do the above but i would get a parent/gaudian if your under 18 to stop you getting to maybe evan more problems. Good luck getting it sorted.

Because PayPal can't sue or take you to court, they have another company to do that.
And because im under 18, PayPal or the other company can't do any thing.
