Well, it's froze for about a week now, i dont think he's left it open that long before exiting msn

Well sign in offline... If not then make sure other applications are closed when he opens it so that it uses less RAM up...

It doesnt unfreeze ?

Try this:

Start > Run

regsvr32 Softpub.dll

regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

regsvr32 Initpki.dll


Also make sure that theres hardly any other applications open.

just download a different version? what version is he on?

well i have the excact same problem as your m8, when i log into msn it will freeze and i have to press the onkeyboardstandby button and return to windows and its works normally is weird but meh

Try uninstalling and installing the newest version?!
