Lag Issues

Check your CPU if you have anything other then RS, Forums and System/System Idel mucking up your CPU ... if you do close it xP

Um no ? Try running a virus scan deleting ur cookies clearing un needed files off your computer restarting your computer taking it apart and unscrewing things kick it twice unplug the internet fix it all dust ur keyboard and then try again.

Run a virus scan earlier on today it finished about 2Pm no viruses or threats or unwanted files found. I've restarted my laptop still the movement lags, I'll try deleting the cookies.

Okay, this is what i'd do:

Delete Temp files/Temp Internet Files/Cookies/History
Unplug and replug router after 15seconds (Reset IP incase your being botted)
See if there's any updates for Java you should have - Download 'em

Then restart

Just done what Vito & Conor said (Delete cookies) Just about to see if it has worked.

I've tried a diff rs server, well I'm going out at quater past 6 so, hopefully it will be working better when I get back. :)

No lag for me. Is it in every world? I find in some worlds I lag, others are fine.
I tend to stay away from london servers, they're laggy for me.
EDIT: I've had this post reply page up for a while, didn't read the other posts...Oh well.
