No, when you consider dragon doesnt give much better stats than rune it isnt worth paying the extra 16-17m.

Especially when at level 70 defense you can wear torags which is the best armour on the game for a meer 1.5mill.

torags is the best option for barrows armour
and tis quite cheap

Might go for 60 attack now instead.
