You probably just get gold once they think you're smart enough.
They're losing Hobbas faster then they're gaining them :D
No, they have to complete their training first, and then undertake a selection of scenarios.
I'm not going into it further, but they don't just get gold for 'being clever enough', lol.
If that happened it would be chaos.
