teleport tv or bbc breakfast.
on days off, stuff like jerremy kyle, jerry springer etc.
on weekends, soccer am & motd as summer said.

on school days, usually GMTV

I usually watch it after school too, its basically all I watch on the TV.

(except for ali g)

GMTV its great - the only thing that really wakes me up.

The news but somethimes I watch friends on my portable TV
