I agree, things like this often die down after the inital gossip. To make change you need to be relentless, so this thread is making an extremely valid point :).

Well if it was a real company with a vote of no confidence in the managing director and 11 out of 14 voted "No confidence" with 3 abstentions then the managing director would be out. No arguement. This is Habbox though and despite all my loyalty, hardwork and hopes that he would see the light, he never could. Even faced with 85% of his staff telling him this, he couldn't. In fact a blind man can see more than he can on staff management. But as he says 'A Forum's Manager's job is not to be popular' it is to get the work done.
