Habbo.cn isn't entirely owned by Sulake, it's got something to do with business's etc. It's also split into 2 hotels, Beijing and the rest of China I do believe. It's a bit of a unusual hotel, and due to the Chinese having difficult laws to do with Teenage chatrooms it struggles and probably is very different to the other Habbo Hotels if we looked around properly. On terms of Habbo Japan, for some reason they had Hobbas month after they vanished LOL.

As for there being two chinese hotels I think one is closed down?

Habbo China is one of the "different" hotels. Their credits are inflated so that 1 UK credit = 10 Cn credits. Besides, its a new hotel, and very few visitors [I know as I live in Singapore time, so China's supposedly busy time has quite few visitors], besides China has a few billion people. Which means that I think its not that successful, that hotel.
Well, the forum was before the Hotel.
Now China has only 1 Hotel.. The 2 were a test..
Also, china just had v11, and the update lasted 2 day!
They were updating the Hotel for 2 days.. So, no wonder they are far behind..
