COlours clash, corners aren't right, and for some reason the word "monday" all over it.

Lol anyway dont let this detour you, keep trying everyones is bad the first go, you should have seen mine :)

Can't tell sarcasm on a forum (without telling us) but if not thats a watermark, but its not very watery.

Pixel Corners will make your layout ALOT better already :)

Not great but don't give up, it has potential, it just needs to be harnessed. As the others said, use Fireworks or preferably Photoshop to design, and experiment try to make things look good. Good first try + rep and I hope to see more developed designs from you in the future. :) 3/10 but as its your first ever layout it isn't all that bad, I've seen worse before.
