i really like it alot.

I like aspects of it but agree with Scott and Ryan on the banner. The simplicity works well for this design.

I think something as simple as a slight gradient on the banner would work.

Yes i agree with Adam.

But only slight not too much.

I don't normally like simple designs but theres something about this one.
