I hated the weather, i was in work. Cause i work in a garden centre it was like a massive green house and it averaged at 34 degree's inside. Not nice, i drank LOADS of water and still felt dehydrated
been doing the exact same thing.. a got up at 9, went to the gym for an hour or so, then just been sun bathing in the back garden. came inside for an hour or so at like 2, but then was in the garden til just now. the suns still beaming down in carlisle but thought i'd come in cause me back/shoulders/arms/chest are burning n it's killing.
