miniclip.com has games, if not use the vB arcade ones :)

Why ask here for a free layout? why not just go to one of the 1000s of websites offering free layouts to download, and download them.

Maybe even try the same thing for the games. Google really isnt that hard to use...

If you want it to be good, you need money.Anyway heres some free sites.
