Don't ring them! It's a classic scam, and I've seen the email before - think, did you enter "Bigchance Lottery"? I'm guessing the answer is no, isn't it :P
They'll in the end be trying to get our personal information, and ultimately your bank details.

Its most probaly a premium number, costing you as much as they want to charge, leaving you with no prize and one massive bill.
the lottery never emails you :s they don't contact you , you conatct them if you win.
The call will charge like £2 a minute and when you give them your account details to put the money in they will take some instead.

Shane they can get alot more than that,With GL payment you can get up to 12 quid... So im sure they can get a hell of alot more...
