I agree with mousey you should have that layout
I can do website desigining with freewebs and with cpanel aswell and ftp so you might want me to help you
And I can make forums for you aswell

Its Also very Easy To Do Skins But They take A Long Time So if ya Could Do That On The forum aswell then that would be cool.

Putting a skin on a forum doesn't take long.. all you do is download it upload it and click the one u want and it changes it
