i had the exact same problem, it was all mashed, try system restoring to an earlier date, or try restoring all defaults on your internet browsers :D

Restart Your Computer.. Or Clear Some Stuff Off There..
Doubt Reinstalling Java Will Help But Maybe Worth Ago
Do a system restore to a few months back, when it was working.
Oh I'm so good.
Reinstall Java tbh.
Made sure you havent unticked "enable java" on your browsers?
