Copy the code i supplied into about me, remove all other codes (Y) and then change the background color later on maybee.
It's my current profile layout. Its the same as "normal default" but with style. (H)

To get rid of the grey and make it transparent, just remove the background code.
In the <body> somewhere they'll be a background HTML code with the HEX Code for grey in. Just delete that code, and then it won't be defining a background, meaning it won't have one, ultimately making it transparent.
