No they shouldn't be lifted, it was against the rules when the accounts were banned.

No, because when the bans we're issued it was against the rules, so its their fault they got banned :P

I think that even now if people avoid the filter they should get banned, because it'll come up for people under the age of 13 and the people who don't want to know.
you should be able to communicate to others without swearing. So i think you should be banned for swearing.
