It is real, she was in the welcome lounge today right after the maintenance and said it. She also said;

yes it is real.

I think it's still a bit.. poor that staff would stand there swearing.

Staff are humans and humans swear so i don't see how some people are in a bit of a 'shock' state to see Ione swear.
