I'm 51 ranged and train at Ogres so if you wanna train with me add God Played U.

Also White knights are good second floor you can trap them i trained to 63 range there on my pure but he was f2p

Ogres by the castlewars arena is pretty good

rock crabs, works untill bout lev 70 range then gets hard, :)

Rock crabs, easy to kill, they dont hit on you, and they drop clues

All them 4 are just in Taverly Dungeon, Trained my range there when i was about ur lvl range ;)
