They're not seperate hotels, just domains.

I did a little research and found out

http://www.habbo.co.za (South Africa domain) is registered, by someone familiar, but I think it could just be parked? I recognise the company that is hosting it, but can't make any connections...

http://www.habbohotel.co.za is not registered though.

They probably got more hotels coming .. wouldnt surprise me ...
