rofl!!! Dude, rune c bow is proven to hit 70s. d bow can hit higghh 80s and 90s. (Try it with Void range ;]) And Dh, dude, the guy hit the 110 was doing it on UNDEAD, with SALVE AMMY, so that means the str bonus goes down by 15% due to humans not being undead? + whats the chance dh will hit HIGH, when rune c bow hits pretty okay speed? while it can hits 70s, get the opponent to 1/4 hp or 1/2 hp (1/3 works) and d bow KO. It aint hard..

In conclusion, Range can pwn dh, but i dunno about normal melee.
range is handy but takes ages to train. it's actually just best to get on with it and do it lol ;P.
as far as the combat triangle goes.. melee does own range most of the time.
i am getting on wif it, wer im training alot of people to talk to so its orite.
