Just like me, I am short for my age and was bullied for 3 years in a row. Confidence just went for me when I got bullied. I think of this one girl too, and Naruto (assuming the Anime?) and just about all other Anime reminds me off her because she loves it so much. We are pretty much in the same boat, I'd say just go for it if when you feel confident enough.

yes the anime, and it was just sakura doing a face on it reminded me lol xP

and i did go for it... well i asked her to go to the cinema but she said she cant today :[

when you ask a girl out, you shoudltn really say

Heyy wanna go to the cinema today ect, plan it out ;)

ask her today if she wants to go to the cinema next week or w.e

yeah i know but... i dont know xD i asked if she wanted to go today but she said she cant so i said ok, how about another day, and she said yeah ok, who else is going. :[

Well it seems you must really like her obv lol,,

Just maybe build up the confidence some way..
Or drop hints?
Get your friends too try tell her how you feel if you dont feel you can do it your self?
