It all depends what you licensed it under. If you licensed it under the GPL then your screwed. You should always license any free software you release under a Creative Commons License because it gives the interlectual copyright to the creator.

Lmao i'm a DJ for that site. Tell me what tabs are on the DJ Panel if you created it
Lols [:
you obviously dont have a clue.
its his DJ panel - they Ripped it. possibly changed the tabs & are just noobs in my opinion.
they obviously havnt got the knowledge of making there own, they have to be theiving.
noob fansite owners.
Lolcopters is right in away. Since you in no way included instructions as to what they are allowed to do with the piece of software then I believe that they can do as they like with it since if they change any of the source code it instantly classed as a different piece of software and so is no longer your interlectual property.
Its opensource lol, you released it.
Anyone can edit it. Just because someone changes it, doesnt mean you can do anything..
its open source. You said before I believe we are allowed to modify and change it, never said we could not remove copywrite.
Just like with that powerpod.
Just to say that I only became the owner of HabMate last night very late and I know about this issue which I agree with you is important to you and should be taken seriously. There is some dispute as to whether it is 'ripped' or not as the present time but if there is found to be any breach of copyright it will be rectified immediately and your copyright put back. Now the situation is I know quite a bit about copyright but I am pretty techless so please bare with us for a while longer and accept my apologies for not addressing the issue sooner but as I say there has been 2 days of handing over the site and before last night I was not in a position to take responsibilty or make a decision in respect of this . Many thanks, indeed. I am happy to discuss this with you on Msn if you would like to pm me. Thanks :)
The issue is that Invent didnt license his work so you can do what you like with it since when you downloaded it you never agreed to keep the copyright notice on the panel. So it then comes down to courtesy. Do you care how much time he put into the project and want to tell people who actually made the script? The balls in your court.
