I like the layout. The only thing I have a problem with is the green bar underneath the banner (DJ Says), but I suppose you might have to keep it due to the on click colour on links at the top. (?)
Anyway, that's personally the only thing I have a problem with.
i have to admit i love it is original to any other panel + rep looking foward to seeing this done
