thats what im doing from 56 rc lol! but u get profit from air, its slower then laws now though... isnt laws like the fastest rc xp in the game?

what do you pay law runners?

I tried nats, but everyone just gives to the people who have 91 rcing o.o

nothing , you jsut dress in teal robes in entrana w99 and say open people will trade you 28 p ess for your 28 law runes , its basically fast free xp ;)

its 27 ess and 27 laws for 27 unnoted ess and its zamorak robes in w66, its the best place. basically u get REALLY fast exp. fastest xp in the game.
