Keldagrim / Varrock for anvil

I would say yanile like cupple of steps from bank.

For smelting - Edgeville (need to do varrok achievemtn diary)

For anvils - varrock west bank

The undoubtful best place which you've all missed out on for a furnace

One click bank with the furnace less than 1 screen away. Dont need to click on minimap at all. Also great for cooking if you still burn stuff.
