i think he means more consiously (sp?) thinking rather than biologically thinking

erm, i often find myself day dreaming but thats about it really.
I takes me about an hour to get to sleep every night because you have to eradicate all thoughts from your head. How can you sleep when your thinking about that fit guy next door, which in my case is a 47yr old indian :D
