Its one of your best habbo layouts so far. :) Buuuttt... The banner is small, I don't understand why you have a nav then a box then 2 nav buttons :S, pluss why are the two separate (banner and the main template)? also content boxes are just a bit small :)

i think the thing is with scott is that he like proffesional website layouts, not habbo layouts i dunno if i am right but :D
