Ano :( It's only for Charters or w/e they are called, Ask Wootzy2 He know about all this stuff :D
At the moment it's only open to Staff, security, guides and the paying charter members.
At an estimation, I'd say maybe a month, maybe two before it goes public.
What's the link to become a charter?
Charter is unavaliable at the moment.
