Click User CP - Edit signature - Highlight what you want centreing then click Align Center.
If thats what you meant it should be done, if u want picture centred, i dunno if it is possible :S
I don't think u can post ur Avatar is centre :S?
He's on about on his own forum in the postbit, not on this forum.
