Maybe you should actually read the terms before you join somewhere. Then you wouldn't break the rules so easiy.

Bans and cautions are generally only given out based on active points, Not expired ones.

The rules were loosened around pointless and off topic posts sometime ago, This is why warnings and infractions aren't given out for them straight away. Although you should note that if you pointless post alot the Super Moderators are notified and further action will be taken :).
