did not have 1, only found out about it since I joined

When you click bulk prices it comes up with a drop down menu saying

Licenses
1-2
3-5
6-10
etc... What does that mean?

I think what his trying to say is

Ok Ill put it like this:

When you buy a vbulletin ( the license) you are only allowed to host your vbulletin on one site only.
But if you want to have 2 forums, on the host, you have to buy bulks.

But you only need one, so it doesn't matter.
