The idea is great, but it's just not quite right. Great attempt though!
1. She didn't wear fishnets
2. Her hair was extentioned, yes. but not that visable!

Improvable. Some little lags, most time at the upper part of the body. And face, hair, etc. don't really fit. I've already seen better arts from you.
EDIT: You forgot some shadows, most at the arms.
