just casually ask her who this boy is
and if hes nice or not
and she what she has to say about him

if she spends more time with him than you, then tell her about it,
if she dont, then learn to trust her.

has she been faithful before?

I think its dangerous to trust her and just hope for the best.
If you're worried you need to keep on trying to talk to her... and if she can't give you straight answers, and is messing you around, maybe she's trying to hide something.

You do sound a bit paranoid. The thing you have to remember is that you're only young (relatively) and there is no reason to continue a relationship if you're not 100% happy. Theres no money or kids or any other reason that you should be with her except for the fact that you enjoy the relationship; if you don't enjoy the relationship then why be in it?
