Scott is right, That font looks nothing like the one used on TehUpload. I used a search and cant find anything. Maybe it comes bundled with some software (Someone said CS3?)

Didn't come with any software and I can't actually find the font in my fonts list ^_^
Damn :( I wish someone could find it, I want to recolor that logo :P
