Isnt the hair on both of yours the exact same? If that's Fall.'s in the avatar..

I'd say Fall.'s is slightly better because of the glasses as well as the clothes he's wearing.

They look similar another thread isn't really needed.

Overall, the glasses look too bid and the smile seems, unrealistic. Then again, I suppose MJ is unrealistic. Try and alt the suit instead of just recolouring it.
